Winter Light

 

I have been outside feeding the animals and putting them to bed.

 

The fading light from the sunset was amazingly beautiful.

 

The light fades so quickly.  All dark outside now.

Time to cook dinner

A Grey Day

                           A grey wet day after the heat. A spider has been busy outside our front door.

The trees are growing.  I am so disappointed that my quince trees have lost a lot of their fruit this year.  Hot winds seem to have been the problem.  The trees look really healthy and have been watered. The lack of fruit happens every few years and this must be the year.

I'm off to do some weaving after dyeing yarn for the Sunday Arts Centre Market.
